Mr. Munger is an entrepreneur and IT professional. His skills and experience include leadership roles in four companies. His IT skills and experience range from User Interface design, Data design and Application Strategist. He has worked with and for many of the Fortune 100 companies creating systems for innovations, increased productivity and lower costs of operation.

Rick brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from various industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, retail, oil & gas commodities, medical (hospital, skilled nursing and pharmacy), marketing, and insurance. He has founded multiple companies, each focused on delivering superior products and services for a variety of clients. He has provided experienced design expertise for companies such as ESPN, Pitney Bowes, CIGNA, IBM, United Technologies, Grumman, Otis Elevator, Sikorsky, Travelers, Lincoln Financial, Louis Dreyfus, Towers Perrin, Bozzuto’s, Chase Bank and Computer Associates.

Rick studied at the University of Connecticut and Central Connecticut State University, with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Information Technology. He is currently the owner of Eiger Creative LLC, has created multiple software products including DosePlanner & QR-Meds for healthcare, and VFM for Facility Management. He loves bodybuilding and to play golf when he has a chance. Rick has two grown children and lives with family in Bristol, Connecticut.

Joe is a transformation leader with a strong record of driving sales and operational improvements for organizations from small businesses to global enterprises. His experience spans healthcare, foodservice and hospitality, military, commercial, and industrial sectors. Joe has helped manufacturing, sales, and production teams align strategy and improve cross-functional communication.

He holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration and completed executive studies at Harvard and Stanford focused on leadership, communication, and technology for operational efficiency. Recognized for excellence and innovation, Joe serves Eiger Creative in Business Development to listen to clients’ operational and sales challenges, mentor on emerging solutions, and building meaningful relationships. He has five children, grandchildren, and shares homemade garden pesto over meals with family and friends in Massachusetts. He loves to work out at the gym and play competitive Pickleball. “It is so important to act in an altruistic way in business and in life. We all are so lucky when we develop trusted friendships with clients and within our networking circles and indeed this is the quest and thankful to God when I do.”
